Minutes/Conclusions Reached:

1. Problems: Rob agrees with Craig's issue - microbiology
2. Diagram: not reviewed. Need to confirm usefulness.
3. Examples.
   1. Review of CDA examples shows some inconsistency
      1. no allergy: concern act (HL7 CONC) is active; contains negated observation of allergy
      2. no concerns: concern act (LOINC concern) negated, active; no observation
   2. Is this appropriate to requirements or is there a way to better align them?
   3. Perhaps this is a key principle to discover: how to evaluate appropriate balance of specificity & consistency
      1. How to get information on drivers, which may be case-specific
         1. CDA examples, FHIR examples?
4. Next time: San Diego Agenda, including plan for January ballot.
