Forking the RIM

• No further direction from SD
• No one's excited about this, so we'll leave it until someone comes and bugs us
• (After meeting information: Alexander H. indicated that SD planned to use a newer RIM, so this may not be an issue anymore)

Harmonization process

• Will announce on Thur. that we're interested in adjusting the harmonization process to improve timeliness, rigor, participation, etc. and are interested in ideas around how to do that better.
• Concern about longevity of tooling to maintain terminology using MIF. Ted & Russ will create a PSS for us to explore moving to using FHIR instead
  • Need transform to convert from FHIR vocab to coremif - Lloyd volunteers
  • Need tooling to apply patches to vocab artifacts, generate patches from two versions
  • Would like to have a user interface to edit/view vocab artifacts
