These 4 items all inter-related, and caused a complete rewrite of the Bundle resource, and also caused updates to the create, update, delete, and transaction operations in the RESTful API. Please review the bundle page and these operations (in the continuous build page) prior to the call, as the changes are considerable. This block vote will be regarded as approving the full set of changes. (which you can compare with the DSTU content to see the changes)

The first 4 of these became irrelevant after the rewrites caused by the big tasks in block vote #1 (though they contributed to the decision to rewrite). The last refers to text that no one can find (accidental reference to DSTU1?)
