Create and Review Project Scope Statement for IR4H
We created the project scope statement for the IR4H project. Lloyd will circulate the created PSS to the MnM List server as well as RIMBAA, TSC, and ITS.
Determine Agenda for upcoming calls
This was moved to next week's agenda as we ran out of time.
