Minutes (DRAFT)
PASS Audit
- Completed/voted on the last of the comments (last week) reconciliation.
- updates to PASS Audit will be a joint effort / Diana, Mike Davis, Chris Shawn to the document
- Dave Pyke, other volunteers (Beth P?) may be pulled in for document review; Diana can send document to any volunteers
- document is currently posted: link to PASS Audit Ballot Document - latest update
SPIA
- Dave spoke with John Moehrke he is happy to take document over
- John noticed something strange--asked for change in publication to go from just a guidance document to be a requirement
- document is currently as guidance (and that was what it was balloted for
- need to clarify with the HL7 office if balloted as guidance or specification
- Diana did like the W3C incorporation of privacy into their standards...this would require a revamping of the HL7 process across the entire workgroup
- discussion
- publish as guidance, and then work with process improvement to move to specification document
- Dave will call Lynne at HL7 to clear this up
FHIR Friday Call
- conversation held on Friday
- did a draft restructuring of draft consent (dave showing local copy)
- instead of having a root w/actor w accept; it has been structured like the questionnaire (so its recursive
- main section up to policy rule, then back bone element of 'rule' that has all the ifnoramtion that is how that rule is use; with the expection of type (whichis marked 0,1) but is required at root... may have broken
- benefit: trule structured now; rule and exception
- rule can have 12 different exception, more flexibility
- suggested at WGM in the FHIR team (Josh/simpler method) and Dave agrees
- no duplication now
- Dave has not written the CP yet
- current showing is in his private tree
- privacy / data / consent - (patient care AND security/privacy resource overloading)
- unable to make this past Friday meeting for discussion of consent overloading
- awaiting recommendation from CBCC working group before bringing information to FMG
- current view, changes nothing in regard to the resource overloading.
- no such thing as a root rule... structure
- concept of treatment, etc; information does not change, because we still category and labeling, jut different structure
- examples were updated to adjust to new changes (Dave will be adding the example changes to CP as well)
- expect 12-15 CPs 1 per each example, plus 5-7 for elements changes to the root...
- set of changes with BLOCK VOTE
if you are interested in the research please come on Friday at 2:00 what has been done: Patient Choice research consent use cases all are encouraged to attend, all are invited.
Motion to adjourn (Jim/David) 1140 Arizona Time
