2013 May Ballot Update All documents sent for ballot to HL7 office anyone wanting to download the information, Ioana has posted them---an e-mail was sent to the CBCC ballot publication on the CBCC GForge Releases

Ballot Process Presentation given by Serafina on ballot process for returning comments.

ACTION ITEM: Serafina to send out slide deck presentation to current attending members.

2012 BH Ballot Reconcilation Suzanne is receiving errors when attempting to contact members to remove negative votes. HL7 office has been contacted, Suzanne and Serafina will attempt to resolve offline. UPDATE: Issue resolved. Don Lloyd has updated the BH Ballot items so that we can move forward.
