Reviewed and updated agenda. Changes made to Wed Q4 and Thursday Q3 to cancel meetings due to losing WG members from the meeting later in the week.

Reviewed admin documents: M&C and 3 Year plan updated in 2016 and are current. DMP and SWOT are at 3 year limit during this WGM. Announced at co-chair meeting these documents will have new templates and should be updated at the Sept meetings this year. Email send to DESD asking for permission to not update until the new templates are available later this summer.
