  • most courses are just finishing
  • registration is opening for August course - June 19th

  • Doodle Poll sent out for next meeting
  • Has been forwarded to Mark MacDougall
• Request for auditing of tutorials

Action: Patrick will develop a policy/procedures for requests/requirements for auditing
No action at this point, but will try to commit to a draft document by end of July

• Review of Project Status
  • Status of Director of Education
    • has resigned due to health issues
    • Don't have time lines for the recruiting process
  • The following projects are on hold waiting for new Director of Education to start:
    • Electronic Certification Testing PSS
    • Certification Enhancement Project Status
  • Webinars Project Status (Mary Ann)
    • Mary Ann will pull together options for which tutorials which we should start with and costs

• • V3 RIM Test Update PSS (Virginia) Status/Approval
  • Confirmed and approve reviewers
    • Have decided on the reviewers - 3 reviewers
    • Reviewers and author will get certification - HL7 V3 RIM Specialist
    • It was moved by Diego and seconded by Virginia to approve this Project
      • Carried - 3/0/0

Action: Melva - will make sure we have updated PSS and forward to SD

    • AMS forward draft PSS to education list today
    • many hadn't received it
