CDA R2 Consent directives publication update good to go, have not heard back from lynne for confiation; uploaded gforge (normative publication)

• accreditation request to ANSI is done by the office

CrossParadign BH Data Exchange NIB

• SD and TSC should review
• good feedback received from initial distribution ; FHIR WG comments also encouraging---in keeping all product lines in order

ACTION ITEM FOR CO_CHAIRS - NIB changes to SD and TSC (Suzanne or Johnathan to forward)

• working towards the deadline

SPIA

• document turned in time for September ballot, Lynne confirmed receipt
• next deadline is final content which is a few weeks awwy in august
• any changes/comments/updates should be sent to Rick
• Rick will compile, complete remaining updates to be ready for ballot in September 2016

PASS ACCESS

• all the updates have been completed
• one section sent to SME to confirm changes are okay; once confirmation received, Diana will reach out to double-check the updates and then secure a withdrawal from Bernd

PASS Audit

• Meeting held last week
• DPyke suggested bringing in audit uses case to CBCC
  • only two use cases were being used:
    • submit audit record
    • Retrieve Disclosure records

Diana suspects there are more than just two audit use caes and requests that others be brought forward; the uses cases were originally for a different effort

This will be on the agenda for discussion for the PASS Audit meeting tomorrow

• no discussion/questions at this time; link to document will be sent to CBCC list
• invite for meeting will be resent
