1. Review Project Scope Statement for Neutral Mapping Language
2. Further discussion on solution to enclose batch messages within a wrapper

Motion: Accept proposed agenda (AS/PK) unanimous

Neutral Mapping Language

The PSS for Neutral Mapping was presented:

• Section 1: suggest V3 Foundation ITS be added to the document
• Section 3: Add Andy Stechishin as the Publishing Facilitator
  • And ensure micro is spelled out instead of using the Greek letter 'mu'
• Section 4: Some typos and small wording changes

Motion: Accept the amended project scope statement for Neutral Language Mapping (PK/AS) 3-0-0 Note: LN had left the call at the time of the motion
