On Wednesday May 4th 2005 in Noordwijkerhout The Netherlands, the HL7 Templates SIG ammended and voted to formally adopt the HL7 Process Improvement Comittees (PIC) Decision Making Practices.
This document represents the formal Decision Making Practices that will be used by the HL7 Templates SIG.
