- Cleaned-up comments and edits.
- Added a section at the top of the document discussing Organization ID
- Section 3.7.1 references the discussion at the beginning of document.
- Catherine is checking SPL to see of Section 3.7.3.5 is still valid.
- We will continue to use the audio on the WebEx.
- There will be no teleconference on 11/27/17

- Continue working on updating the validation document.
