Requirements
The e-learning infrastructure shall be able to support the creation of courses that utilize dynamic content from authoritative repositories or sources.
The e-learning infrastructure shall be standards based to allow independant hosting of course modules.
The e-learning infrastructure should support distributed course authoring utilizing standardized tools and methodology.
The e-learning infrastructre should support language and culture independance.
