GF Language The Governance Framework language is made up of four interdependent concepts, which taken together define what the rules are, who makes the rules, what processes are needed to implement the rules and how the rules are measured or enforced. The following structure is based on that recommended by the book “SOA Governance: Governing Shared Services On-Premise and In the Cloud by Thomas Erl, Robert Laird and Robert Schneider.
