• Meeting minutes

January 23 (Kathleen/Joe L) approved:

• Mike is proposing an e-mail ballot for the HL7 WGM
• suggestion to add reminder to next week's agenda for ballot vote on the WGM meetings

TEFCA comments - Kathleen Reviewed comments of the Trusted Exchange Framework

• extensive, HL7 PAC has been good about reviewing and accepting the comments
• comments on part B are being sent out---all comments are not included, but the majority are (note that comments submitted were verbalized very differently so consolidated where deemed able)

comments are due the 18th there are no exceptions/extensions per Genevieve Morris

• consensus to review the comments '10-pages' (for another day) - if there are any questions
• Mike is requesting that these comments are agreed upon and submitted as from the Security and CBCP Consolidated comments ('from the co-chairs') and not as a represented by 'the VA'

• Kathleen sending back out to co-chairs (and the listserve) for review. comments are requested by tomorrow 2/14---
• we're not looking to add happy-to-glad, we are looking for serious heartburn comments that should be noted and changed.

Mike presented Privacy Obsolete at WGM

• document and PPT to be posted to gForge, no additional updates made since WGM
• depressing from the US perspective that this is a lot of privacy activity

ONC block chain presentation - those wo responded to the challenge grant

• Dillon from NIST (NIST sandbox) - how they were reaching out to all domains to try out blockchain.
  • NIST work was especially promising
  • Debbie Bucci did a nice job of organizing the work
