ExampleScenario
Jose hasn't had a chance to complete action items from last call, carry over to next week:
- Jose will submit a generic gForge item to fix descriptions
- Jose will submit a task to add guidance to Request on workflow status vs. authorization status
- Jose is working with Grahame on rendering of ExampleScenario without Plant UML
Workflow Alignment
Steps that need to be taken are:
- Correct the existing report so it doesn't complain about issues that aren't actually issues
- Run the report and get work groups to fix alignment/capture exceptions
- Review the exceptions and make sure they seem justified or seek documentation of justification
- Incorporate the report generation into the build process (this might eliminate the need to do #1 if we fix the generation issues at the same time)
Lloyd will talk to Grahame about his plans for #4
