Proposal to add "prerequisite" to Task
Discussed [GForge 14440]. Unsure whether this is core. And unsure whether a prerequisite alone will be sufficient or whether more sophisticated relationships should be present - or what the proper balance is between Task and RequestGroup. Needs broader discussion.
