Nurse delivering a medication
- Is this a MedicationDispense or SupplyDelivery?
- SupplyDelivery should be non-patient-specific? We had agreed this, but it hasn't happened yet
- it's still expected to occur
- Can there be a chain of dispenses? E.g. Pharmacy to ward, ward to nurse, nurse to patient? Yes
- Pharmacy will look at ensuring their scope encompasses this and will indicate that the name exposed to the user might not be "dispense". E.g. "sample given"
- Pharmacy will also double-check alignment with SupplyDelivery
- Will not add a code to distinguish the "kind" of dispense (pharamcy to ward/ward to nurse/nurse to patient) at this time

- Does MedicationStatement need definition? - suggest using an extension
- Does MedicationStatement need performer? - no
