Binding discussion:

• Don't have experience with this in v2 (not heavily profiled) or v3 (not commonly used with distinct recipients)
• OpenEHR does multiple bindings
• Could do extensions, but would be very ugly
• Will need to carefully document the rules and interpretation of multiple bindings as it applies to the distinct codeable data types

• Lean towards including the clarification in DSTU 2.1 as a non-substantive clarification, but agree it needs review by the TSC.
