Meeting minutes
- The need for a code list over a boolean was discussed for opt-in/out/exception top level elements. Further discussion was needed.
- Mike David presented his diagram File:POU De-Mystified.pdf of information flow regarding consent policy. This gave extensive discussion regarding consent information flow and was felt to be inclusive of the FHIR consent resource but beyond the current comment resolution. This was seen as potentially a topic for both CBCC and Security in a larger discussion
