  • Key decision - to request that FM WG update FHIR Contract with the following changes that this group considers essential for FHIR Consent Directive profile on Contract:
    • Add Contract.subject defined as "the entity impacted by or of interest to the contract", which supports easy query for a Patient's Consent Directive, even if the same information is included in the
    • Change the name of to
    • Change the name of current Contract.subject to Contract.topic, and keep current definition.
