Example-Consent-OptIn-NotLabs

This is an example showing the use-case 1 from Canadian Real World Consent Directive Scenarios by Pat Pyette

Notes:

1. I used an existing patient in the FHIR example space "P.van de Heuvel".
2. I didn't put a timeframe on this because the example didn't have one
3. I 'created' a "Canadian Infoway" for the authority and domain
4. I 'created' a sub-type for "Opt-In with Exceptions", which I use in all these examples. This assumes that "Opt-In" is understood. Which likely needs to be described in exhaustive detail around PurposeOfUse for Specific Roles by Specific Organizations at specific Locations, etc....
5. In the terms I didn't include an 'actor', so I expect that term to apply to all actors
6. There was not an obvious way to identify "lab orders and results", which is the specific example given. However I think when we discussed it, the actual current use is the data held by a specific server. This would be easier to manage than trying to call out "lab results".
   1. One other possibility is to put in a FHIR based query that would identify results that can't be included. Not too hard to create, but likely fragile.
7. I put in legal and friendly sections, but didn't try to invent something they point at.

	than "withhold" or "withdraw" consent for.
