1. Added item: clarification of the project goal and why we are only implementing part of the NEMSIS dataset
   1. We are planning on doing so; this is a first step. Clay may be able to expand on this next week.

   1. some people are having problems: Jay to confirm password
4. Review of issues
   1. Most are tooling issue, little discussion required
   2. How to concatenate software name and version: with a caret (^)
   3. Need to spell out acronyms
   4. All changes will be included in the guide change log
