FHIR Path and XPath was required from Lloyd the current FHIR information

• several CPs were reconciled
• we are required to make updates, add examples; to provide comments on examples
• examples process includes advance directives (draft DNR - will not be pushed into the build; added after comment ballot)
• This thurs will be cleaning up examples and putting them in place
  • post ballot more CPs to be reckoned with (John Moehrke will not be available)

Security and Privacy DAM Updates

• updates to the non-published Security and Privacy DAM
  • would like to add
• some of the diagrams need to be updated; identified changes to IM because of the addition of ABAC (per Mike); we have a model but have a different style as previously completed.
• additional structural changes

PSAF PSS (showing Mike's screen) large model; modeling work being done in other groups i.e. FHIM, they've updated our model as well; hamronizationrequired.

• one of the biggest changes is the addition of ABAC to the model; previously only RBAC. Now standards are in place that now include ABAC
• PSAF has added some elements (Healthcare LOB Security and Privacy Policy Information MOdel - Main Level; we now have this initiator and initiator policy (containing role and group policy) we need to add clearances for ABAC and another initiator policy (in model currently called resource baed policy)
• the HIV LOIC code ina policy engine would be given a security code (a sensitivity value in HL7 sensitivity tables); wha tis the plicy related to the medical/clinical classification... what is the code value that gets assigned to (HIV, ETHO,e tc); we need to update withsome happyto glad descriptions. we need to have a clearer understanding and decription; we can propose information for this meeing
• review the current policy boxes and update the main diagram to include the new classes plus the descriptions, plus more understandab le description basic meta an dpolicy model
• FHIM - has also updated/need to harmonize HL7 changes.. (FHIM currently not doing any work) we can bring FHIM folks in; wehave three wyas up updating (our are SGV diagrams--Eenterprise Architecture (EA); someone in the VA is doing updates internally; someone in Galen's group may als be able to update as well... Ioana may need to be brought in to update to make allthe models the same.
