Ballot Reconciliation Item 48(excel 51)- discuss new content addition for section 2.4.3. as provided by Len.

We discussed the content which Len had provided on 1/24 concerning the new section 2.4.3. We made one small change in the 3rd sentence (1st paragraph) removing the word may and changing the word contain to contains. Len moved that we accept the new wording with the changes. Scott seconded. 3-0-0.

Update on other Reconciliation Items.

John will make sure that Notification of Intent to Ballot is submitted by Feb 11th. John told everyone about how he was working on addressing the comments back from having submitted the ballot reconcilliation spreadsheet. Alan Honey had approved the disposition comment that we had made regarding his 1st item and will withdraw his negatives. John still has to work with Mead about his comment. Concerning Lloyds comment he had sent in some proposed wording which was accepted with one modification. Len moved that Lloyds wording be accepted with the one modification. Bill seconded. 3-0-0.

Discuss items from Implementation Committee concerning Implementation/Conformance merger: New group name, the approach to becoming a combined group, the scope and charter.

We discussed the issue of the name of the group and Bill moved that we call the group IC TC (Implementation/Conformance Technical Committee). Len seconded. 3-0-0. The group was agreed that combined meetings were the best way to get the group together and to discuss common issues for the group and to slowly migrate elements like ballot material as time goes on. The group felt that the mission statement and the charter (which are on the wiki site) were good and didn't see any issue with how it currently is written.
