DAM discussion
- Jay Lyle has made a new diagram with the suggestions from the previous meeting.
- The attendees were content with the new model.
- Jay has added a to do list.
- It was not clear what Jay meant with the lineage concept. This topic will be deferred to the next call.
- The comparison with FHIR list resource will also be postponed. We should concentrate on the functional requirements of health concerns first before going into the development of FHIR resources.
- In our model we have an object called concern list. The difference between list-kind and list-purpose is mentioned, but the examples are not that apparent, that the distinction is clear. Could we consider list-type as an alternative instead of list-kind?
- A list-purpose is necessary to make filtering for a special task, for example an allergy list for a pharmacist, or an allergy list for a dietitian.
- The terminology list should be considered as examples. We cannot claim to be exhaustive.
