Minutes

1. Minutes from May 22, 2014 – deferred - no quorum
2. Review of NIB for upcoming ballot cycle
3. NIB for the upcoming ballot cycle for “Health Concern DAM” was reviewed and accepted by call participants.
4. Review of the current DAM documents
5. Michael has added a health concern list graphic. It is in Dutch – Michael will review and re-create in English
6. Kevin has been asked to create UML diagrams. The mind-maps are helpful but need UML diagramming as well. If these are not created, need an alternate – e.g. MnM
7. Need to make sure that we have clearly explained the difference between the health concern and the problem concern in the C-CDA. Need Lisa Nelson to help resolve this issue. Stephen will review the DAM to indicate where there may be potential disconnects.

Actions

1. Michael will update the DAM document and graphics. Will add a use case for primary case using a Dutch example.
2. Michael will contact Kevin to start the modeling.
3. NIB Due June 29th
4. Initial content - July 13th
