Actions: 1. Jay has updated UML model 2. DAM is about the health concern and health concern tracking domain from a clinical and technical perspective 3. It is also about the relationship of health concern to other standards – C-CDA, Care Plan and FHIR 4. Tracking – one or more concerns with a history a. Is there a difference between a concern and a tracked concern? b. Is there a level of concern – track vs. not track or a coded value? c. Where is the boundary between concern and planning? d. Planning vs. monitoring – prospective is a plan, vs. cholesterol is a concern – is this something that would be checked at every visit? e. How do we differentiate between standard of care protocols and a concern? f. Some activities are driven by a standard, not requiring a plan or a concern. g. Some concerns might not need a plan – but would be checked/monitored. h. Are tracking and monitoring redundant? If a condition exists – what are the associated events? 5. The UML model – does not reflect tracking. Is this necessary? Should be able to “tie together” related events and observations. Can sort them by time, or alphabetically etc. 6. Focus on an event by a time stamp. 7. Publish with questions. 8. Update model a. Add concern level b. Concern name changes c. Add sub-types of event to the health concern. 9. Add question list.
