During the call we discussed the comments submitted by Larry for the January WGM

Chapter 4, second bullet: We will add text to explain that concerns is broader than just conditions
Chapter 4, sixth bullet: We will remove the text, that clutters the clinical context of the explanation.
Chapter 4, seventh bullet: The text should be: the nurse will deactivate a concern.
Chapter 4, seventh bullet: The paragraph is too large and deals with several topics. We will split the text into sections.
Figure 1: Figure 1 will be moved one paragraph below.
Chapter 5, introduction: We will add text to explain the context of the engineering section.

The dispositions need to be approved in another call, when we have enough quorum.
