Mayo has engages NLM (publishing in SVS). eMeasure Authoring tool. CDC (PHIN VADS). AHRQ. Come up with a CTS 2 bridge to SVS.Not difficult to go from CTS 2 to SVS. Going from SVS to CTS 2 requires additional information.

SVS has been incorporated into ONC MU. CTS 2 would had been considered had it been "up and running'. However, there was not a production SVS service available at the time either.
