This includes completions, editions and comments form Harold. Carmela and Ana tried to respond to this as best as possible with comments in text. The comments from Frank Oemig with their respective responses were still left there for Frank to check but they will be removed before sending the final text out to Don.

Giogio could not make it to the call, Ana talked to him, he will read the text and make comments in the ballot if he feels his comments were not understood or need further processing.
