Clinical Statement Administrivia
Rik Smithies got re-elected Co-chair this cycle
Clinical Statement is focused only on v3 work and is basis for CDA artifacts, so is now in maintenance mode, in case changes are needed to support newer versions of CDA
Reviewing Mission and Charter

Review SWOT
- Remove sentence about resource being a weakness, with the reduced load of maintenance, there are enough resources available
- FHIR is not currently using clinical statement as their model for resource development

Still in ongoing maintenance, so not sure what to change Motion to have Hans and Rik investigate what needs to be done to update the 3 year plan, if there are no changes and make appropriate modifications to complete this task
