Issue

• Location participation to SDLOC role, and associated downstream objects - not harmonized with SDLOC CMETs

Recommendation

• Replace SDLOC role and downstream objects with SDLOC CMET, R_ServiceDeliveryLocation informational

Rationale

• SDLOC role is very limited. Use CMET such that CS aligns with usage in other template models. The CS team (in my opinion) isn't interested in filling out the SDLOC model but using, in this case, a reusable component.
