Issue
Lab uses R_PatientClinical for the recordTarget patient information.
Recommendation
- Determine if lab's use of R_PatientClinical should or should not be in line with the clinical statement pattern patient information objects and attributes.
Rationale
Should the patient information included in lab messages be derivable from the clinical statement pattern patient information?

This is to be discussed in the OO/Lab joint session in San Antonio.
Resolution
18-May-06 Motion: Swap R_Patient Universal with R_Patient Clinical everywhere. Discussion: Concerns with exchanging a CMET with a broken CMET. Suggestion to table until Supporting Clinical Statement is resolved. Agreed to withdraw for now pending further analysis.
