Issue

ObservationRange.text and Criterion.text are [0..1] Required

Not all models should need to support .text in these classes. Use case for text attribute is not clear.

Recommendation

Change both to be [0..1] optional

Rationale

This will enable models that don't require .text to refine it out completely.
