Standards Privacy Impact Assessment (SPIA) cookbook - Rick

• Comments received for SPIA from Ann Cavoukian (OASIS) who presented earlier this year on Privacy by Design (PbD); gave information/feedback/comments/input to better reference the principals and work as executive Privacy and Big Data (site) and also videos produced by Ann, added some material to the SPIA, including links and references
• Awaiting possible comments from Dawn Jutla also from OASIS PbD
• Rick ill submit completed document to Hl7 office before deadline
• latest document is posted on gForge: Standards Privacy Impact Assessment Cookbook v0.10

PASS Audit

• meeting last Wednesday;
• attendees agreed that it makes sense to take comments submitted previously- incorporate and use the updated document as baseline for forward work.
• progress is being made; will have completed document (w/previously submitted comments) ready for viewing at September meeting
• document posted on PASS Audit Wiki:
  • Previous PASS Healthcare Audit Services document - never completed ballot
  • Comment spreadsheet from previous unfinished ballot

PASS Access Control

• Bernd has responded; requested that document be resent
  • Diana will send him the document again
• Bernd has not withdrawn negatives to date

FHIR Consent FHIR consent meetings will be placed on hold until after ballot review.

• Recommendation: create CPs for changes/issues/corrections; for CBCC/public awareness of updates needed
• Note: we cannot make changes now
• Suggestions: Cancel tomorrow's Wed/FHIR call.
  • Add note to create CPs/accumulate ballot comments (commenters can enter CPs themselves)
