- Discuss how to load standard vocabulary and FHIR value sets formated as xml files. Also, pros/cons to choose v.3 code system vs value set vs FHIR value sets

- Quorum not met. Mark and Kathleen discussed new thinking about how to use Practitioner Resource versionID to indicate the NPI, potential to create some type of URL to a FHIR Provider Directory with redirect to NPPES until there is an actual FHIR API for that database.
- May 6th call is cancelled because many will already be at or traveling to Montreal. Calls to resume May 27.
- Mark sent Grahame's example of EOB, which we may want to include in the build:
