     • Out-of-cycle ballot opens April 24th (today). Closes May 24, 2012
     • Ballot materials should be posted on the ballot desktop by April 24
     • Michelle Doughtery (co-chair RM-ES) expected to reach out to CBCC co-chairs to determine interest in participating in joint project calls
     • Also proposed: scheduling joint session at the Vancouver WGM (to include CBCC, RM-ES, Security and other relevant WGs)
