Reminder: Ballot pool signup for all pools closes end-of-day (EST) Monday, April 22nd. As a reminder, voting and sign-up are ongoing for all active ballots in the May 2013 Ballot Cycle. The Ballot Opening Announcement on the Ballot Desktop does list all the active ballots. Postponed pools are indicated on the Ballot Desktop. You can view the Ballot Opening Announcements here:

Ballot Sign-Up Close Date – Monday, April 22nd The last day that voters can sign-up to take part in those pools open to sign-up is Monday, April 22nd (end-of-day, midnight Eastern time) for all pools. The pool sign-up close date is also the last day that non-members can sign-up for Paid Participation in for a particular pool. We encourage everyone to sign up for any pools they are interested in as soon as possible. This way, if you should have any difficulties we can hopefully address them before the sign-up close date.
Ballot Voting Close Date – Monday, April 29th Voting for all pools closes on Monday, April 29th (end-of-day, midnight Eastern time). This is the last day for voting. Should you have any difficulties, please email me BEFORE the ballot close deadline indicating the pool or pools you are trying to vote in and other pertinent information. If I do not receive notice before the ballot closing, I will be unable to help you.
