- Bring forward to PC, Imaging to get use cases/examples
- *NOTE* PC members agreed to provide storyboards for procedure and procedurerequest so with new examples may be able to meet FMM=3
- Substance review
- goal was FMM = 3 for alignment with Medication resource (since major use is reference from medications for compounded drugs)
