The Validated healthcare directory project progress was discussed, and noted that this will not be ready for the ballot this weekend, and will be delayed to after the WGM.
Tracker item 13539 was discussed at length.
Extensive discussion occurred, will take to Zulip for further implementer advice.
Options considered included extensions on encounter.location.location (flattening the tree), using the _include and chainged searching as noted. We also considered if new operations and reference modifiers similar to the terminology :above and :below would make sense to cover this in searching.
e.g. [base]/Encounter?location:below=Location/ICU3
Next week’s call will focus on scheduling.
Action Items:
Brian: Follow up on the PSS to notify the delay to post WGM, update on inclusion of licensure information, and confirm it is to update FHIR, but will be based on STU3 for immediate publishing, with recommendations for updates to future versions of FHIR.
Brian: Take discussion from tracker 13539 on location to Zulip to get implementer feedback.
