  • The CIMI SNOMED Extension namespace now belongs to HL7 International – Stan
    • Linda: The goal should be to make sure that concepts used in CIMI should be international and part of the SNOMED International
    • Plan to discuss next week the starting point for the HSPC namespace
      • Special invite to Keith and Monique and Jim Case (Susan will email Jim)
  • Brief updates on active projects (standing item)
    • Skin and wound assessments – Jay and Susan
      • Content has been given to SOLOR editors and is being reviewed and discussed and policies proposed
      • The process will be documented

    • Richard will make a proposal for how we would practically implement this intension.

    • We will review Argonauts profiles for vital signs, review FHIM vital signs, on next week’s call
  • Scope of work for September ballot
    • Models for lab data and regeneration of leaf node models (Stan, Patrick, Susan)
      • Work needs to be done to improve the quality
      • Start with highest volume and most used data elements
      • Use the SNOMED description logic maps that were generated as part of the SNOMED – LOINC agreement
      • Use of the “invariant” anchor patterns, Grahame’s “dictionaries”, abilities to do transformations of instance data
      • Claude – hierarchy of types lab, quantitative lab, detailed clinical models
    • Process for scaling concept creation, distribution, refsets, STAMP versioning, implications of versioning and model dependencies for concepts that are referenced in CIMI models – Susan Matney
