- Gforge ticket regarding US Core Extensions
- Reviewed item. Paul wonders if HQ should create a place within the website in order to hold US realm stuff. Brett responds there is a spot for the US core stuff, but may not be broad enough to hold the US realm IGs. Discussion over where they should live and whether other realms have started creating extensions. Hans confirms they have but have not been shared. Should have a consistent approach regarding where realm-specific extensions are stored. Brett suggests that the definition of the extension should live within the realm but there should be something on top of it that points to it. The intent of the ticket is to take the US core extensions out of the build.
- MOTION: The USRSC agrees to moving the definitions of US realm-specific extensions out of the resource-specific pages of FHIR core. The US Realm SC recommends a page in the core spec with links to the definitions of US realm-specific extensions: Eric/Paul
- VOTE: All in favor

- MOTION to remove us-core-religion extension from the US core spec: Eric/Paul
- VOTE: All in favor
- Discussion over making the change to Religion.
- Johnathan states there is confusion on renaming DAF-core to US-core; need to clearly message that in San Antonio to the WGs. Should address on future call. Paul notes that DAF is not gone and that should also be part of the messaging. Brett: Why wouldn't DAF Research live under RCRIM? Johnathan: Resources that lived under that project weren't US realm, so it should continue there. Discussion over what US core actually contains - is it only US realm specific stuff? We need to clarify what the relationship between us realm and us core is. Brett: US core is one guide that us realm has jurisdiction over. Johnathan: We have a US core guide that is managed by the US Realm.
- ACTION: Anne to add to US Realm agenda in San Antonio
