Track Name
Based on the IHE profiles that are designed to enable HIE. This would focus on IHE-MHD profile, but would also exercise the IHE-PDQm, IHE-PIXm, and possibly the IHE-IUA.

Justification
The advancement of the DocumentReference and DocumentManifest resources that are part of IHE-MHD profile.
Especially interesting in January 2016 to support the update of MHD to DSTU2.
The focus at HL7 FHIR Connectathon, vs IHE Connectathon, would be focus on those developing solutions vs at IHE Connectathon the focus is on conformance to formal Profile.
