Agenda
Agenda Topics
- Review element requirements for exam question (assessment) and wound assertion
Minutes
Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
- Vocab distributed IHTSDO/FHIR recommendation draft this morning
- Last night's call: model questions & answers separately (not yet clear what exactly this means)
- Coded answers are findings
- some elements may derive from either observable or finding; we need to figure out how to handle that
- E.g. finding method & observable technique; finding site & observable direct site
- Our pattern compose observable, finding, & context properties
- These may be individually modeled components (to support reuse & composition), but in the published archetype they're all in there.
- Evaluation pattern has a question and and answer; an Assessment pattern has only an asserted concept.
- Some cases (e.g., measurements) look like evaluations; others (e.g., condition) look like asssertions; a few (e.g., brown hair) can easily be represented either way.
- Questionnaire & answer replicate this pattern in FHIR.
- We got through about 1/3 of the exam assessment sheet.
