Discussion:
- add status (code data type) to support active, suspended, inactive, and entered in error (0..1), required binding to value set
- change patient to subject, which supports either a Patient or Group (group therapy/treatments, marriage therapy) -- this is supported on the CarePlan
- keep participant 0..*
- add managingOrganization (reference to Organization) 0..1
- OK to keep scope that a care team can be encounter specific, but the encounter.participant is not the care team
- In the scope, include that CareTeam is a planning resource.
- CareTeam is a planning resource, so the Encounter should reference both the participant(s) as well as the CareTeam. The CareTeam doesn't need a reference to Encounter.
- In boundaries, include CareTeam is referenced by Encounter, EpisodeOfCare, and CarePlan
- Rename category to CareTeam.type -- Rob will help with the value set, example binding
- Search parameters should include identifier, status
- Update short description of name to include example "crisis assessment team"
