ClinicalNote_FHIR_Resource_Proposal is started, but not ready for discussion/review just yet.
CareTeam_FHIR_Resource_Proposal -- approved by FMG
- we could make the Care Team participant have a choice of Organization, which represents a group/team of reusable practitioners
Adverse Event
FMG asked for more input on the relationships between existing resources and the new resource proposal (adverse event)
ICFR - used by FDA for all adverse event reporting; FDA resources are leaving and wouldn't be continuing their work.
Next RCRIM meeting next Tuesday. RCRIM hasn't done any FHIR work to date, so this is new to them.
Do we want to continue the development of this resource (using current v3 standard) without FDA involvement?
Lloyd is aware of a couple implementers who have asked for it, but not sure on the urgency. Lloyd recommends waiting on FDA to see if they can identify alternative resources to help move this forward.
