  2. CDA R2.1 updates
    1. Identify the Extensions that need to be added
      1. Review by team
      2. Edit attributes into narrative
      3. Schema changes need to be made
    2. The items idenitifed by Ben on StrucDoc.Title, StrucDoc.TitleContent, StrucDoc.TitleFootnote
    3. Deprecate the Footnote and FootnoteRef
    4. Rob - need a binding
