1. Wiki updates
   1. Got the contents of the publication package uploaded need to manage the login access to make changes
   2. Now supporting the automatic numbering of the content within each section.
   3. Support the style guide
   4. All the CSS was placed in the wiki site.
   5. Minor - using the API to pull the content out, need to have the API enabled.
