Attendees: Rob H, Eric, David Hay, Riki, Jose, Kathy, Andrea, Kamalini

Test resources are supposed to be completed by tomorrow

Connectathon preparation:

Order manager – person who knows what to do

Easy use case:

Place order - get result

Order number is created by client

XML or JSON format

Eric created 4 test orders with test scripts they have been uploaded to Robs
server and also on the SVN site and sent copy to David

Eric is working on the test script resource

So far have no more complex scenarios

Currently have combined server for placer and filler

David demos his builder tool:

Connected to conformance server (Grahame’s) - couldn’t type fast enough for
 several

 – cannot edit resources, only create new ones.

Have to create the dependent resources first

Can use David’s tool as placer and filler

Need to create a new role for order server on the tool

Fullfillmenresource – Does the tool support bundles for this?

Not at the moment – individual resources only

Diagnostic report with 5 or 6 observations, then need to create the
dependent resources – all observations, then the diagnostic report, link to
observations, then create the order response and link that to the diagnostic
   report

In real life would have the bundle, but this tool is designed to highlight
   the links needed

Jose’s experience: Medication order created as FHR resource and the
 fulfillment resource

Then went to the order fillers and requested the fillers to show me the
order on your system – for the result the other way around

How do we socialize the resources for the connectathon?

  upload to the wiki

Set up a Skype chain for this connectathon track and send the link to the

How does the Aegis tool work? They have a server they pretends to be a
client or server – the test script can monitor the resource and then sends
pack the correct response, if correct resource

How is this different from what Rob is building? Rob is doing the work,
while Aegis tool is working off specific content (static) comparing agisnt
 that.

Rob H’s server will be handle according to the actual resource that has been
sent (keeping IDs etc) as well as assigning own ids etc,

Eric’s example currently has static resources for the entire scenario

ClinFHIR is a client – for convenience it also allows you to create the
response resources, which in real life would be created by processes instead
 – it is a webservice URL is mentioned in the blog post

Intention is to make available as service – not downloadable

Reviewing test steps:

Diagnostic order resource created

Order workflow resource to be attached to the diagnostic order

We need to decide if we pull or post – or allow for both. EH certainly other
 ways to do things

Step 1c – change placer to order manager or explain more clearly

OrderResponse resource is created – need to post somewhere – depending on the
architecure for single server model will use 1 order manager for placer and
 filler

Add step to view the diagnosticReport - EH done

Order placer is not always the order manager – need to be sure to explain that
so folks can set themselves up for one server or two server set up

Test script discussion - what it does -Eric to complete testscript and reach out to David Ettema

Bundling becomes an issue if you have 2 servers
